Shipping

• VUSOU ships worldwide from the UK.
• We process orders every day Monday to Sunday and aim to process orders in less than 24 hours.
• UK orders are normally delivered next day or the following day and international orders can take up to 5-10 working days to arrive.
• We are not responsible for customs, taxes, duties and tariffs. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure.
• If your order doesn’t arrive with you in the allotted time frame detailed above then email sales@vusou.com with your order details and we’ll resolve the issue swiftly.

Returns

• We’re happy to accept returns for any reason as long as your order is returned to us within 30 days of you receiving the item. This applies to UK and worldwide orders.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• You don’t need to email us with a returns request, just fill out the returns form included with your order.
• Return costs are the buyers responsibility unless the item is faulty and unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges.
• If we have sent you the wrong item, please email sales@vusou.com so we can make it right! Unfortunately, we are not responsible for incorrectly placed orders.
